Behavior Technician Qualifications:
- Washington State Certified Behavior Technician license preferred, or Registered Behavior Technician certification (or) able to obtain certification according to Chapter 18.19 RCW.
- Must be 18 years old.
- High school diploma required.
- At least 2 years experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Reliable vehicle, current driver’s license, and current car insurance.
- Able to pass a national background check and meet all state requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with clients and families.
- Work 1:1 with clients to achieve their highest potential.
- Implement the individualized treatment plan as designed by the BCBA.
- Implement individual treatment programs.
- Support goals by modeling effective interventions and strategies for families.
- Collect data for each program and record in the client’s master program daily.
- Review programs with BCBA supervisor weekly.
- Maintain accurate records per Behavior Bridges policy.
- Communicate with the Program Supervisor and family members of the client’s progress.
Pay Range: $16-25 based on qualifications and experience
