Behavior Technician
- Behavior Bridges is looking for talented and passionate behavior technicians to join us for day time and after school positions ranging from 10-35 hours per week! Behavior Bridges provides quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training, consultation and direct therapy services across the lifespan. Behavior Technicians must be able to meet all requirements per Department of Health and Chapter 18.19 RCW.

Behavior Analyst
- Behavior Bridges is always looking for Licensed Behavior Analysts to join our supervision team! The Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing clinical oversight and direction to clients, families, and Behavior Technician staff. Also known as the Program Supervisor, Behavior Bridges’ Behavior Analysts provide both direct and supervision services to individuals receiving direct ABA services. Practicum in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Individuals seeking practicum hours for ABA are encouraged to apply. Practicum students are provided with supervision and mentorship as part of Behavior Bridges’ programming.
Group Instructors
- Staff who qualify for CBT or LBA licensure are encouraged to inquire about providing social group work, and may be considered for additional responsibilities in this area.
