Behavior Analyst
  • Behavior Bridges is looking for Licensed Behavior Analysts to join our supervision team! The Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing clinical oversight and direction to clients, families, and Behavior Technician staff. Also known as the Program Supervisor, Behavior Bridges’ Behavior Analysts provide both direct and supervision services to individuals receiving direct ABA services. Practicum in Applied Behavior Analysis

Groups Coordinator
  • Behavior Bridges is looking for full time support for our groups programs.  The Groups Coordinator will expand community support access by facilitating weekly social skills groups, adapting curricula for diverse needs, and building partnerships with local organizations. This role ensures program effectiveness through diligent data collection and reporting, directly enhancing client outcomes and fostering community integration.  At least 1 year of group instruction and  program management experience required. Proven ability to adapt curricula, facilitate diverse groups, and collect/analyze data is essential, along with demonstrated experience working with neurodiverse individuals and/or those with developmental disabilities. Bachelor’s degree in education, special education, psychology, or other related fields required, MA preferred.
